Find detailed answers to common questions about Cybrovate’s security offerings, pricing models, support, and deployment.

General

Cybrovate offers modular, transparent pricing based on actual usage — like endpoints secured or events monitored — with no bloated packages or hidden fees.
Not at all. You can subscribe to either service independently, or combine them for comprehensive protection. Our pricing is flexible to your needs.
For Endpoint Security, the minimum is 10 endpoints. For Cloud Security, our base tier starts at 2 million events per month.
Yes. Annual billing comes with cost benefits. Talk to our sales team for a custom quote.
No, there are no setup or hidden onboarding charges. You only pay for what you use.

Endpoint Security

It includes Threat Detection, Continuous Monitoring, and Vulnerability Management.
It adds Forensic Analysis and Endpoint Posture Assessment — ideal for environments requiring deeper visibility and compliance tracking.
We currently support Windows and Linux. MacOS support is on our roadmap.

Cloud Security

Events refer to log entries from your cloud resources (AWS, Azure, GCP) — including access logs, configuration changes, API usage, and threat signals.
We’ll alert you when nearing your limit and offer flexible options to upgrade. No auto-charges without your consent.
Yes. All plans receive the same high-quality monitoring, detection, and correlation — only the event volume changes.

Smart SOC

No. Smart SOC is an add-on service — ideal for organizations looking to operationalize or enhance their security team.
You get SOC Prioritizer, Collaboration Hub, Incident Response Management, and Advanced Analytics.
This includes team skill assessment, customized training (1–4 weeks), and enablement support to elevate your in-house SOC capabilities.

Free Trial & Onboarding

You get full access to both Endpoint Security and Cloud Security, with all features enabled — ideal for real-world testing.
No payment information is required for the free trial. It’s commitment-free.
In some cases, yes. Reach out to sales@cybrovate.com to discuss trial extensions.

Customization & Support

Yes. We work with large enterprises and MSSPs to create custom plans tailored to scale, integration needs, and compliance requirements.
We offer 24/7 technical support via email and portal access. Premium SLAs and dedicated success managers are available for enterprise clients.
Most organizations are fully onboarded within 1–3 business days. For complex deployments, our onboarding team will guide every step.

CYB-Assure – Fully Managed Detection & Response

CYB-Assure is Cybrovate’s fully managed security service — combining monitoring, detection, investigation, and response for both cloud and endpoint environments. It’s designed for organizations that want to offload day-to-day security operations to our expert team while retaining strategic visibility.
Yes, CYB-Assure builds upon our Smart SOC operational layer, including incident response, collaboration, and advanced analytics. However, CYB-Assure is a fully managed, always-on service, whereas Smart SOC is a self-managed enablement suite.
Eligible clients receive a Breach Prevention Warranty of up to $1 million (region-dependent), provided they maintain a minimum of 250 protected endpoints and remain in full compliance with Cybrovate’s onboarding and security posture guidelines.
CYB-Assure is ideal for organizations that are ready to take their security operations to the next level — but it’s not a standalone service. To ensure complete protection and meaningful response capabilities, CYB-Assure is offered only to customers who already use our Endpoint or Cloud Security services along with Smart SOC. Once these layers are in place and you have at least 50 protected devices or cloud assets, you become eligible for CYB-Assure — unlocking full-service.
CYB-Assure is priced separately and requires an existing subscription to Cybrovate’s Cloud Security or Endpoint Security plus Smart SOC services. Pricing starts at approximately $150 per device or cloud asset per year. Final pricing depends on volume, risk profile, and management scope. Annual commitment required with minimum order threshold.
